Dr Krauss was very patient in explaining the procedures and the hoped for outcome. After my first tray, he called me that night to see how I was doing. I’m not in Florida during the summer. We had a back up plan if I needed assistance while away. The Dr took time to call me yesterday to see how I was progressing.
